Attorneys Daneke and Merrill to Present at the NH Adjusters Association’s Annual Conference
The New Hampshire Adjusters Association annual conference is scheduled for Thursday, October 16th and Friday, October 17th. Topics will include the Second Injury Fund, Third Party Claims, Mediation, Fraud, Home and Garment Restoration, Evidence of Medical Expenses in Liability Claims and Pain Management. Attorney Daneke Becomes Partner
The law firm of Bernard & Merrill, PLLC, is proud to announce that Donna Daneke has become a partner. Attorney Daneke is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire and Franklin Pierce Law Center. Since 1996, she has focused her practice on workers’ compensation matters. Donna’s professional experience includes having served as counsel to the New Hampshire Department of Labor. She is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association’s Law-Related Education Committee. Attorney Daneke first joined Bernard & Merrill, PLLC in 2002.
