Kevin W. Stuart is a partner at Bernard & Merrill and practices primarily in the defense of workers’ compensation claims and in insurance matters. Mr. Stuart received his B.A. in Political Science and an M.P.A., cum laude, from the University of New Hampshire. Mr. Stuart received his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School, where he received a Jurisprudence award in Constitutional Law. Mr. Stuart has served as a lecturer on workers’ compensation matters before numerous companies and organizations, including the New Hampshire Bar Association, the New Hampshire Adjusters Association and on WKXL radio. Mr. Stuart is a Past Chair of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the New Hampshire Bar Association. He also has served as Chair of the Hillsborough, N.H. Conservation Commission and on the New Hampshire Bar Association Legislation Committee. Attorney Stuart is admitted to practice in the States of New Hampshire and Maine.
