Gary S. Harding is an associate at Bernard & Merrill where his practice is focused primarily in the defense of workers’ compensation claims. Mr. Harding received a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts/Lowell and Juris Doctor degree from New England School of Law where he was on the Dean’s List all three years. Prior to practicing at Bernard & Merrill Mr. Harding earned a Judicial Clerkship with the Massachusetts Superior Court and engaged in private practice concentrating in construction litigation. Mr. Harding is licensed to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Prior to embarking on his legal career, Mr. Harding served in the United States Marine Corps and was self-employed as a general contractor.
