Eric P. Bernard
Eric P. Bernard is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and received his law degree from the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. where he earned the American Jurisprudence Book Award in Criminal Law. Mr. Bernard has been practicing law in Manchester, New Hampshire since 1982. He is a founding partner of Bernard & Merrill. Attorney Bernard has extensive experience counseling employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation, personal injury, and insurance matters. He has authored numerous articles on workers’ compensation and insurance matters and is a frequent lecturer on these topics. Attorney Bernard is Vice-Chair of the Bedford, N.H. Zoning Board of Adjustment. Prior to entering law school Attorney Bernard was an Officer in the U.S. Navy.
