Donna M. Daneke is a partner at Bernard & Merrill whose practice is concentrated in the defense of workers’ compensation claims. Attorney Daneke is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire and Franklin Pierce Law Center. She is former Legal Counsel to the New Hampshire Department of Labor and has served as an adjunct professor at the Franklin Pierce Law Center. Ms. Daneke is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, Manchester Planning Board and Heritage Commission. She is the New Hampshire representative for the National Workers’ Compensation Defense Network and has also served on various Bar Association committees.
