This web-based seminar provides a comprehensive overview of the New Hampshire Workers’ Compensation system. Supreme Court Persuaded by Attorney Harding’s Argument
Wednesday, December 10th, 2008Attorney Harding persuaded the Court to reverse and remand a decision rendered by the Compensation Appeals Board regarding a procedural issue involving the carrier’s right to a “stay” of the payment of medical bills. This decision was featured in an article published in the November 2008 issue of ‘Risk & Insurance’.
