Topics will include legal updates, lump sum settlement evaluations, liens and the hearing process. Although the seminar is geared towards the experienced workers’ compensation practitioner, it will benefit attorneys with all levels of experience.

Friday, April 15th, 2011On behalf of the New Hampshire Adjusters’ Association, Bernard & Merrill is presenting the annual spring conference on April 28, 2011 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Nashua, NH. Attorneys Daneke, Harding, Merrill and Weinstein are presenting on topics including legal updates for workers’ compensation and liability and return to work issues.
Registration begins at 7:45 a.m. and the conference begins at 8:30 a.m. The seminar affords 6 CE credits. You can sign up through the NHAA website, www.nhadjusters.org. The cost is $150 for members; $200 for non-members. Lunch provided at the hotel is included in the cost of the seminar.
