Andrew A. Merrill maintains Of Counsel status at Bernard & Merrill, presently. His practice has been primarily in the defense of the workers' compensation claims and secondarily in the defense of personal injury lawsuits and direct representation of insurance companies. He received his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Tufts University in 1971 and his J.D., cum laude, from Boston College Law School in 1980. Mr. Merrill is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association (Workers' Compensation Section) and the Manchester Bar Association. Mr. Merrill has frequently been called upon to participate in seminars on workers' compensation matters presented to attorneys and insurance professionals.
