Attorneys Daneke and Merrill to Present at the NH Adjusters Association’s Annual Conference
The New Hampshire Adjusters Association annual conference is scheduled for Thursday, October 16th and Friday, October 17th. Topics will include the Second Injury Fund, Third Party Claims, Mediation, Fraud, Home and Garment Restoration, Evidence of Medical Expenses in Liability Claims and Pain Management. Attorney Daneke is the co-moderator of the conference. Attorney Merrill will be presenting an update of legislation enacted and decisions rendered by the NH Supreme Court over the past year.
