Andrew A. Merrill is a partner at Bernard & Merrill, where his practice has been primarily in the defense of workers’ compensation claims, defense of personal injury lawsuits, and direct representation of insurance companies. He received his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Tufts University in 1971 and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Boston College in 1980. Mr. Merrill is a member of the Manchester Bar Association and the New Hampshire Bar Association (Workers’ Compensation Section). Mr. Merrill is frequently called upon to participate in seminars on workers’ compensation matters presented to attorneys and insurance professionals.
